I’m Melissa— a BSN Registered Nurse, Certified Wellness Coach, and the heart behind Mind & Body Level Up 🤍

There was a time I felt stuck in a cycle of food guilt, struggled with external validation and rarely ever felt in tune with my body— until I finally started pouring into my spirit and shifted from wanting to "look good" to literally healing my body from the inside out.  

Now, my mission is to help women create sustainable wellness routines through strength training, nutrition and healthy mindset practices that are tailored to YOU and actually fit your life— a system that feels good, makes sense, and will finally stick!

Whether you’re here to build strength, feel more confident in your skin, or finally be consistent in your habits—I’m here to walk with you, every step of the way.

Working with Mel has been such a blessing. Mel is so thoughtful, kind and is such a peaceful spirit. Even on my bad days she was there to pick me up and motivate me. She truly listened to what my goals were and what has or hasn’t worked for me in the past. She gave me a new perspective on my  weight loss journey. She has taught me how important nutrition is. Mel truly took the time to make meal and work out plans that were truly fitting to me and my lifestyle. She showed me that sometimes the scale might not change but I noticed changes in my body and how workouts became easier. She truly gave me hope to get my body back from before I had kids.  I truly look forward to working with her more❤️
